SCIENTIFIC MATERIALS QUESTIONNAIRE

Online application designed to allow Environmental Health & Safety personnel to quickly assess detailed scientific material inventory according to researcher, research protocol, laboratory, risk level, location, etc., in compliance with governmental regulations and mandates.

The Questionnaire is very basic protocol tracking and protocol management system designed to:

  • Provide basic information to Environmental Health and Safety personnel about selected agents without tracking all chemicals and bio agents in the laboratory.
  • Based on Lab Managers reporting
  • Reduce stand alone applications by incorporating protocol information in a centralized safe location.
  • System can be upgraded to more controlled chemical, bio agent and radioactive material management.

Questionnaire is ideally suited to institutions if they are not ready to implement a fully controlled campus wide chemical, bio safety and radioactive material management, however they want to control selected dangerous materials on campus.
